During meeting breaks, attendees are encouraged to step outside for a walk through the Garden, where quiet seating areas provide the perfect setting for private conversations or moments of reflection.

Yes, but certain restrictions apply. Nails, screws, tape, helium balloons, and glitter are not allowed. Candles must be enclosed in glass and placed on tables.
Clients must remove all decorations, rentals, and trash by the end of their contracted time. Any items left behind become property of the Garden, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is not left in its original condition.
Events may be postponed with at least 90 days’ notice
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event result in the loss of all deposits and fees paid.
Military clients with deployment or PCS orders may receive a full refund with documentation.
A security officer is required for all events after 5 p.m., and two officers are included in the event package. Larger events (200+ guests) may require additional security at the client’s expense.
Only service animals are allowed on Garden property. Exceptions may be made for cultural or religious ceremonies with prior approval.
