From the iconic Venus flytrap to elegant pitcher plants and sticky sundews, you’ll learn how these remarkable plants trap their prey, thrive in nutrient-poor environments, and adapt to their unique habitats.

  • The biology and ecology of carnivorous plants
  • Proper soil, light, and watering requirements
  • Tips for indoor and outdoor cultivation
  • How maintain healthy plants year-round

Format: Combination Lecture and Hands-on Workshops.

Audience Target:
Adults and teens ages 10+ interested in natural history and a unique art experience.

$40, $35 members.
