An option of verified caterer options are available for Military Balls. Other events may allow for a wider range of options. Please ask your Event Manager for details.
Beer and wine bars do not require an ABC permit, but serving liquor or fortified wine requires a one-time special occasion permit from the NC ABC Commission. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, and any violations will result in loss of the security deposit.
Our event rates are already structured with the significant military presence in our area in mind, ensuring competitive pricing for all guests. As a result, we do not offer additional discounts based on event type.
Yes, but certain restrictions apply. Nails, screws, tape, helium balloons and glitter are not allowed. Candles must be enclosed in glass and placed on tables.
Clients must remove all decorations, rentals, and trash by the end of their contracted time. Any items left behind become property of the Garden, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is not left in its original condition.
A security officer is required for all events after 5 p.m., and two officers are included in the event package. Larger events (200+ guests) may require additional security at the client’s expense.
Only service animals are allowed on Garden property. Exceptions may be made for cultural or religious ceremonies with prior approval.
