DESCRIPTION:Join us for a vibrant journey through folk art traditions\, as we celebrate the tiny heroes of our ecosystem – pollinators! In this 3 part homeschool art series\, students will create their own pollinator painting. They will be able to choose colors\, mix and match patterns\, while creating colorful handmade pieces inspired by bees\, butterflies\, and beetles. Each class will highlight a new pollinator\, blending creativity with nature.  \nTarget Audience: Kids ages 6-12 that are interested in learning and implementing new painting techniques and styles. No prior painting experience is necessary.  \nFormat: Step by step instruction. The instructor will paint alongside the class\, demonstrating each layer of the painting\, so students can follow along and leave that day with their very own finished painting.  \nAbout the Instructor: Sara-Jane has over 10 years experience teaching both painting and drawing classes. She has a deeply rooted belief that everyone has the ability to paint\, if given the right tools! DESCRIPTION:This homeschool series invites students to grab their brushes and head outdoors for plein air painting—creating art right in the landscapes that inspire it. We’ll practice observation\, color mixing\, and capturing light\, with each session offering a completely new view and challenge.
