Rentals include exclusive use of the reserved space, free guest parking, event-day photo pass, and an on-site event contact to assist with venue logistics.
Tables and chairs are available for rent through the Garden. Linen rental is also available in a variety of colors and styles.
Yes, but certain restrictions apply. Nails, screws, tape, helium balloons, and glitter are not allowed. Candles must be enclosed in glass and placed on tables.
Clients must remove all decorations, rentals, and trash by the end of their contracted time. Any items left behind become property of the Garden, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is not left in its original condition.
Yes, clients may select their own caterer as long as they have proper health department inspections, $1 million liability insurance, and a signed vendor agreement with the Garden.
Beer and wine bars do not require an ABC permit, but serving liquor or fortified wine requires a one-time special occasion permit from the NC ABC Commission. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, and any violations will result in loss of the security deposit.
The Garden remains open to the public during business hours. To ensure a fully private event, we recommend an after-hours rental or a Whole Garden Rental.
Setup and cleanup time is included in your rental contract. Events running over their contracted time by more than 15 minutes will be charged double the hourly rental rate for each additional hour.
Events running past midnight will incur overtime fees at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
A security officer is required for all events after 5 p.m., and two officers are included in the event package. Larger events (200+ guests) may require additional security at the client’s expense.
